Mystic Ponies are born from the reflection of the full moon on bodies of water. They are born this way as adults; only foals can be born through breeding two Mystics together. They are extremely magical; and it is said that the sparkles from the moonlight hitting the water is how they got the glittery effect in their hair. Some Mystics appear to be “blind” or have “milky eyes”, but they can see just fine; the ones with these eyes actually have Seer capabilities ~ They can see into the future; they can see certain types of events; there are different limits for each pony.

Specie: Mystics are mainly Unicorns; but some can be Pegasi. Earth Mystics are extremely rare, due to the lack of magical properties they possess. Males are also very rare -

Coloring and Transparency: They can have bright colors, soft colors, or pastel colors. Occasionally they will have warm colors, but it is usually a very light shade. Their hair color must flow nicely with the rest of their body color; they can’t have clashing colors like a light pink body with a bright orange mane.

Transparency:

Unicorn: Unicorns will sometimes have transparent horn tips and will always have transparent hooves. Never the ear tips.

Pegasus: Pegasi will always have wing tips transparent, and their ear tips can sometimes be transparent; Never their hooves.

Earth: Earth ponies will have transparent ear tips and hooves ~

Manes: Mystic manes vary from each Mystics preference; but when born they have wavy “flowy” or very long manes. Males have predominantly wavy and medium length hair. A Mystic’s mane and tail are rarely every short. Their manes can be very transparent, especially near the ends. Throughout the manes it starts from a normal hair color and gradients down into full transparency. But their manes can also be fully gradient, and just go from a slightly darker shade to an even lighter shade of that color.

Eyes: Eyes can be any sort of color, but just like coloring; it has to be light or bright colors.

Breeding: Mystics can only be bred with other Mystics to gain Mystic foals; but they can also breed with other ponies as well. If you plan to breed your Mystics with a normal/different specie pony; the most traits they can receive is sparkling manes and transparent manes/tail.

Any markings?: They ARE able to have markings along their back, neck and face; but its usually just a darker shade of their mane coat colors.
